Born and raised in North Wales, my early career took me into retail management, where I spent 15 years working both in the UK and Saudi Arabia, developing strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer service.
My passion for renewable energy led me into the solar sector in 2021, working as a solar sales consultant and surveyor.
In September 2025, I founded Baybright Zero Cost Solar with a clear mission: to bring flexible, accessible funding options to commercial, agricultural, and non-profit organisations across the UK. My focus is on helping SMEs unlock the benefits of solar without upfront costs, supported by a growing network of trusted finance partners.
Outside of work, I’m a long-standing member of Old Colwyn Golf Club and enjoy cooking and travelling abroad. I’m in a long-term relationship with Joanna, who works as a deputy manager at a dementia day care centre - her dedication inspires me every day.
